Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F

Step 1
Remove stems from cabbage; cut each one in half, then in half again. (This makes four flat discs of cabbage that are ¾”- 1 “ thick from each head.)
Step 2
Place cabbage steaks on a parchment-lined baking sheet, allowing some space between to allow even cooking.
Step 3
Brush cabbage with olive oil, coating each thoroughly; generously sprinkle spices on each. Flip them over & repeat oil & seasoning. Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to each.
Step 4
Bake (25 min.) until leaves are browned & center is tender.
Step 5
Serve hot out of the oven.
