1 headromaine lettuce

60gparmesan
block, sliced into shards
For the sauce:
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
Step 2
Spread the bread cubes on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 3
Arrange the lettuce, bread cubes and Violife in a bowl.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients.
Step 5
Dress the salad with the sauce, toss and serve.
