Instructions

Step 1
Combine rice flour water and quarter cup of sugar into a glass bowl mix and put in microwave for one minute. Mix and put back into microwave for another minute
Step 2
Boil taro till fork tender
Step 3
For filling combine taro, sugar, cream and use an electric mixer
Step 4
Add corn starch to your surface and add your rice flour mixture with food coloring
Step 5
Separate into small pieces and flatten them out and fill with filling
Step 6
Freeze and serve
