Instructions

Step 1
In a LG. Frying pan add the bell peppers, onion and seeds from the bell peppers. Cook until onions and peppers start to get tender.
Step 2
Add the ground beef and cook it till the ground beef is browned; then drain off the fat.
Step 3
Add the Rice, tomato sauce, water, ketchup, salt and crushed red peppers, stir to mix it all together.
Step 4
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 5
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Check to see that the rice is done. When the rice is cooked, it is done.
Step 6
You may need to add more water to the pan during the simmering process.
Step 7
You can also add more ketchup during the simmering process, if you prefer a sweeter tasting Stuffing.
