Instructions
Step 1
Toss zucc with 1/4 teaspoon salt in colander let drain 30 mins pat dry with paper towel
Step 2
Heat oven to 450 cut 8 12 inch squares aluminum foil
Step 3
Combine oil and spices in bowl, toss zucc and Tom in mixture separately
Step 4
Pound breasts pat dry sprinkle with salt and pepper
Step 5
Layer zucc then chicken then tomato on foil and fold packet shut
Step 6
Bake chicken for 25 mins
