Step 1
Set pot on saute and add oil. Add roast and brown 4 minutes on each side. Turn off saute. Remove roast and add half of the onions. Place roast on top of the onions. Spread celery soup on roast and sprinkle dry onion soup on top. Pour 1 c water over the roast. Set pressure cooker on high and set for 60 minutes. When finished let steam release naturally for 20 minutes then quick release any remaining steam. Remove lid. Add potatoes, carrots onions and brown gravy mix. Put lid back on and set pressure on high for 7 minutes. Quick release pressure and you're finished.
