Instructions
Step 1
Dice the pineapple and save the juice for your marinade.
Step 2
Mix together all ingredients, excluding beef.
Step 3
Place beef in a Ziploc bag and pour marinade over. Press out all the air, seal, and marinate for at least 6 hours (overnight works great).
Step 4
Over prepared grill on medium-high heat, grill pineapple for 2-3 minutes on each side and then add you steak to the grill. The steak will only take a minute or two on each side (with the steak being so thin, you don't have to grill it for too long).
Step 5
Let the beef rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with rice and the grilled pineapple.
