I made this for a game day snack and it turned out great! I used green bell pepper instead of the jalapeños, and used a rotisserie chicken instead of cooking the chicken breasts.

Instructions
Step 1
Bake or cook the chicken breasts until fully cooked through.
Step 2
In a large bowl, place the chicken breasts and beat with an electric beater until shredded (or shred by hands with two forks)
Step 3
Add 1/4 cup of your BBQ sauce to the bowl, or 1/2 if you want it more saucey
Step 4
On a platter, lay out your tortilla chips
Step 5
Layer the BBQ pulled chicken on the chips
Step 6
Next layer the onions, the jalapeños, and tomato
Step 7
Finish by sprinkling 2-3 tbsp of nutritional yeast on top for the cheesey flavor
