For the egg wash combine egg yolk end milk, and mix well.

Unfold the puff pastry and using a heart-shaped cookie cutter cut out 14-16 hearts.

Transfer half of them to the baking tray lined with parchment, brush with egg wash and make a few pokes with the fork in the middle. On the remaining 7-8 hearts cut the vent using a smaller size heart-shaped cookie cutter and place them on top of the hearts on a baking tray and brush with egg wash. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.

Meanwhile, make guacamole. In a bowl, mush avocados, then add finely chopped tomatoes, onion, chives, salt, pepper and lime juice and mix well.
