Instructions

Step 1
rinse, peel, and cut russet potatoes into desired fry shape
Step 2
par boil potatoes in boiling water for 3 minutes. drain and let dry for 10 minutes.
Step 3
place potatoes in a bowl with olive oil and coat with Dan-o’s seasoning. place in air fryer basket or tray with parchment paper. air fry at 380 for 20 minutes, (or until desired crispness) tossing halfway through. 

once finished, place back into a bowl and toss with parmesan + melted butter.
Step 4
Enjoy as a side or by itself!
