Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel your potatoes, cut them in chunks and let them soak in water for 20-30min.
Step 3
Rinse the water and cook the potatoes for 15min together with garlic and rosemary.
Step 4
Rinse the water and add to the pot corn starch, give it a good mix.
Step 5
Add olive oil to a baking tray, add the potatoes, give it a mix and put them in the oven.
Step 6
Get the potatoes out of the oven to mix them every 15min. Repeat till their crispy.
Step 7
Optional: Serve them with Parmesan cheese.
