Instructions
Step 1
Cut scallions and set aside
Step 2
Make scrambled eggs, chop and set aside
Step 3
Add a little more oil to the pot and pour in the raw rice and start browning it out. keep mixing it to make sure it does not burn.
Step 4
once rice is browned add in the water (it will smoke a bit)
Step 5
Add in the rest of ingredients and cover till rice is fully cooked
