This tasty nutritious recipe of rice with vegetables and soy sauce is something anyone can make if you just follow the steps above. It is basically a Chinese wok-style dish, uses very little oil, and is gluten-free.

Step 1
1. Wash the rice in 2-3 waters until the water remains clean
Step 2
2. Add the rice to a pot with twice as much water and boil it for 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat until al dente. Stir from time to time so it doesn’t stick to the pot. After it’s ready, drain it well.
Step 3
3. Meanwhile, you can start cutting the veggies into thin slices and strips.

4. Place a pan over medium heat and pour olive oil and onion. After you sauté for a few minutes, add the garlic.
Step 5
5. Next we will add the other ingredients, one by one, let each one cook
for 2-3 minutes, and don’t forget to stir from time to time: - carrots; the bell pepper; zucchini; salt, pepper, and soy sauce; mushrooms; green onions; all the seeds; the boiled and drained rice;

6. Finally add the turmeric, some more soy sauce if you feel so and some hot pepper to make it spicier. Give it a final mix and let it cook for a few more minutes
