Instructions
Step 1
Place a strainer over a bowl. Empty the jar of marinated artichokes over the strainer draining out all excess oil. Shake and let drip for 1 minutes. (be mindful when discarding the bowl of oil, oil can clog sink drains- I emptied mine into a ziplock bag and threw it in the trash)

Step 2
Dump drained artichokes into airfryer basket

Step 3
Cook at 400°F for 20 minutes- shake the basket 10 minutes into cooking to insure even heat distribution

Step 4
While the artichokes are frying make the dipping sauce by combining the yogurt, garlic and lemon juice into a bowl and thoroughly combine

Step 5
When the artichokes are finished cooking, allow to cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying with the dipping sauce!
