Instructions

Step 1
Half brussel sprouts and cut off stem ends
Step 2
Place brussel sprout halves in bowl
Step 3
Toss brussel sprouts with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Step 4
Place in air fryer and top with parmesan cheese and hemp hearts.
Step 5
Cook in air fryer at 380 degrees F for 5 minutes
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste
