Keto Seedy Crackers - use whatever seeds/nuts you like!
Crackers are a good addition to a Keto diet. Seeds are nutritionally dense, good amount of fats and fiber, so they naturally work with Keto. I think you could adjust this to use just about any nut/seed mixture. If you use larger nuts, like walnuts, almonds, pecans, or cashews, etc, then you should put them through the food processor to break them up into smaller pieces. Serving size is 1/8 recipe, if you cut them in 24 pieces that is 3 pieces per serving.
