Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 160°C

Step 2
Cream the butter and sugar until it's visibly lighter in colour
Step 3
Add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until fully incorporated. Don't forget to scrape off the sides of the mixing bowl.
Step 4
Add flour and mix until you have a smooth batter
Step 5
Spoon batter into 12 cupcake cases
Step 6
Bake for approximately 13 minutes
Step 7
Remove from oven and leave to fully cool before decorating
