Instructions
Step 1
Clean the pork filet.



Step 2
Mix the garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl.






Step 3
Cover the pork filet with the mix of spices and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.







Step 4
Put the pork filet into a baking dish and bake it in the over for about 20 minutes.



Step 5
Take a pane, put in on your stove and ease down the soy sauce, the vinegar, the honey, and the garlic. Switch on the stove at medium heat and stir.







Step 6
Ease down the pork filet in the pan and decrease the heat. Use a spoon to continuously pour the sauce on the filet. Cook for five minutes, then remove the filet and stir the sauce until it become dense.


Step 7
Slice the filet and serve with the sauce.
