Pork Belly Bowl
4 steps
Prep:10minCook:40min
Prep 10 minutes except marinating!! So easy!! Marinate pork half day at least, so you can leave the marinated pork zip lock in the fridge in the morning and roast in the evening for dinner. You can keep roasted pork, and put chashu for Ramen topping, chop up and make fried rice, or put chashu on french bread, making Vietnam style sandwich. Enjoy the leftover!
