Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200 °C (400°F).
Step 2
Chop potatoes into bite sized cubes or wedges.
Step 3
Add into a large bowl along with the herbs, spices and oil. Give a good toss to mix it all up.
Step 4
Add to a baking tray or two, lined with baking sheets.
Step 5
Cook in oven for 35-45 minutes, turning halfway. Keep an eye from 30 minutes until they are perfectly crispy.
