Instructions

Step 1

Stir in:

Cover and cook until the potatoes are almost tender, about 10 minutes.
Step 6
Stir in:
boneless skinless chicken thighsboneless skinless chicken thighs500g
Step 7
Continue to simmer, covered, until the chicken is cooked through, about 6 minutes.
Step 8
Stir in:
lime juicelime juice1 tablespoon
Step 9
Taste and add more fish sauce or salt and lime juice if needed. Serve with:
