This is a new take on a classic Italian dessert for the holidays!

Instructions
Step 1
With a handmixer, blend eggs and sugar until light in color and thick
Step 2
With the handmixer running on low, slowly drizzle in one stick of melted butter
Step 3
Add in lemon zest and limoncello and mix
Step 4
Sift all of your dry ingredients
Step 5
Add your dry ingredients and blend with a spatula until just incorporated
Step 6
Using a 2 inch cookie scoop, evenly distribute the batter onto your Pizzelle maker
Step 7
Once cooled sprinkle with powdered sugar and Enjoy!
