Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut onion in to 1/4 inch thick rings.
Step 2
Separate the rings from each other and remove the very small rings. In a plate
Step 3
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and paprika. Toss the onion rings in the flour mixture and set them aside. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk until combined and then add remaining flour mixture and whisk until your batter forms. Coat each onion ring in the batter and shake off the excess then coat each onion ring in breadcrumbs. Fry the onion rings in oil until golden brown. Then serve. (they only need about 2 minutes)
