Fried cauliflower
These crispy fried cauliflowers are a must try. They are so yummy and delicious dipped in a batter then deep fried until crispy and golden. Served with this delicious and easy dipping sauce they were gone in no time. My kids devoured them.

Ingredients
5 servings
Batter
2 cupflour
1 cupcorn starch
1 tablespoonsalt
1 tablespoongarlic powder
1 tablespoonchili powder
1 tablespoonsmoked paprika
1 teaspoonturmeric
1 teaspooncumin
1 teaspoonblack pepper
2 cupswater
add a couple more tablespoons if too thick
Dipping sauce
Instructions
Step 1
1. wash and cut the cauliflower into small size pieces.
Step 2
2. Make the batter by mixing together all the ingredients.
Step 3
3. Dip the cauliflower in the batter until fully coated, then deep fry until crispy and golden brown.
Step 4
4. Make the dipping sauce by combining all the ingredients together.
Step 5
5. Once all the cauliflower is fried serve hot with the dipping sauce and enjoy!
