Cake:
Step 1
Blend sugar, oil and eggs.
Step 2
Add next 5 ingredients and beat together.
Step 3
Add carrots and walnuts (if you like walnuts). Mix all together.
Step 4
Butter bunt pan, add ingredients and cook for 1 hour in 300o oven.
Icing:
Step 5
Beat until creamy, Ice the cake.
