Step 1
In a medium-sized saucepan, bring the water to the boil, then add the pear and salt and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the saucepan from the heat, place the pear water and pears in a container and refrigerate until cool.
Step 3
Add the maple syrup and calcium powder then, using a high-powered blender, blend it in batches until smooth.
Step 4
Refrigerate and use as needed.
