If you don’t like cheesecake I suggest you try this recipe. I don’t really like cheesecake but I like this version. Short in height, dense and creamy, and just the right amount of cheesecake to crust so it’s a perfect bite every time.
I recommend my shortbread crust but it’s also great with graham cracker.
Recipe yields 1 - 9” cheesecake.
