Instructions
Step 1
Place pork chops, ranch dressing mix and soup in slow cooker.
Step 2
Cover and cook on low 6 hours or on high 4 hours
Potatoes
Step 3
One hour before pork is finished, roast garlic.
Step 4
To roast garlic, cover all the garlic cloves (including skin) in aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 1 hour. Let cool and remove garlic from skins and mix into a paste to add to potatoes.
Step 5
Cook cubed potatoes in large pot of water about 15 - 18 minutes, until soft; drain.
Step 6
Add butter, garlic, salt and pepper to potatoes; mash, slowly adding milk until potatoes are the preferred consistency.
Step 7
Serve pork chops and gravy over mashed potatoes
