Freeze Ahead Cheese Bread
Always beat egg whites in a very clean, dry bowl.
Sometimes it’s easier to freeze if the French bread halves are cut in half to fit into a freezer bag.

Instructions
Step 1
Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
Step 2
Cream butter or margarine, garlic powder, and cayenne.
Step 3
Beat in the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and Swiss cheese.
Step 4
Fold in stiff egg whites.
Step 5
Spread mixture on bread slices.
Step 6
Freeze bread until ready to eat.
Step 7
To Heat: Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
