Spicy Garlic Bubble Bread

Imagine pulling apart warm and cheesy bread bites, each piece drenched in a spicy garlic butter sauce and covered with melted cheese. It's a perfect mix of soft bread (made from premade biscuit dough), melty cheese, and just the right amount of heat from gochujang. Can be made and baked in less than 30 mins!

Instructions

Preheat the oven:

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line it with paper liners.

Prepare the Butter Mixture:

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic, gochujang, italian seasoning and salt. Start with 1/2 tbsp gochujang and increasing it to 1-2 tbsp depending on your spice tolerance.

Prepare the biscuits:

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.

Cut each biscuit into approx 16 pieces.

Mixing everything together:

To a large mixing bowl- add in the biscuit pieces, chopped parsley, mozzarella cubes, and butter mixture.

Gently mix it all together.

Shape and Bake:

Gently shape the biscuits into balls and place them into the muffin/cupcake pan.

Bake at 350F 15-20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and cooked through.
