Baked Steak

The oil is an estimate. To cut down the calories, the beef could probably be seared in skillet with cooking spray without use of the seasoned flour or oil. You can easily double the broth and mushroom soup if you require more gravy.

Instructions

Step 1
Have meat in 4 ounce serving pieces. Coat with the seasoned flour and saute in a little oil on both sides for a couple minutes. Put meat in a small roaster or casserole with a cover. Put broth in skillet to pick up any bits left from frying. Stir in soup. Pour over meat, give a stir, cover, and bake at 350* for two hours. Stir a couple times and add a little water if gravy becomes too thick.
