Instructions
Step 1
Pour yeast in glass with sugar
Step 2
Pour warm water in it and leave for 10 mins
Step 3
Place flour, milk, fennel seeds, salt and oil in mixer bowl
Step 4
When yeast has risen add it to mixer bowl
Step 5
Turn on mixer with K head attachment on low speed
Step 6
Then knead with hands for 5-10 mins
Step 7
Cover bowl and leave for 1 hour in a warm place
Step 8
On a tray, make balls out of it and leave it for 10-15 mins
Step 9
Preheat oven at 250°C
Step 10
Then flatten balls on board with a rolling pin
Step 11
Add milk brushed on, add seed mix then put in oven for 5-10 mins
Step 12
Keep close eye till it's cream coloured
