Instructions
Step 1
Place chipotle peppers in adobo sauce into a blender. Blend all of it together and use 1 cup of blended sauce for this recipe
Step 2
add sauce, olive oil, seasonings into a bowl and mix well
Step 3
add boneless skinless chicken thighs to bowl and mix well
Step 4
In a saute pan, add 1 tsp olive oil. Let pan come to medium/high heat
Step 5
add chipotle marinaded chicken to saute pan and cook for about 8 minutes on each side.
Step 6
enjoy with your own chipotle bowls, meal prep, or burritos at home!
