Step 1
Start by chopping the green chilis into smaller bits (they’re going to go into a blender, so don’t worry about making them too small) and peeling the ginger and garlic
Step 2
To a powerful blender add all the ingredients, leaving lemon juice and salt until last, right before blending
Step 3
As you blend, add a few tbsp of ice cold water as to make it creamier (or until you’ve reached your desired consistency)
Step 4
You can optionally mix some yoghurt in it if you’d like, and enjoy either with bread or in sandwiches! Buon appetito :)
