Ingredients

For the Meatballs
1 lbground turkey
1 lbground pork
1egg
lightly beaten
2 teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
¼ cuponions
finely chopped
½ cupPanko breadcrumbs
¼ cupmilk
1 teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoonpaprika
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
¾ cupsBlackberry Jam
¼ cupbrown sugar
¼ cupketchup
2 teaspoonshot sauce
1 teaspoonginger
¼ teaspoonpepper
Instructions
To Make the Meatballs
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, ground pork, breadcrumbs, and garlic powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper and mix until well combined. Form into small meatballs.
Step 2
Heat oil over medium high in a cast iron skillet and brown meatballs on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
To Make the Blackberry BBQ Sauc
Step 3
In saucepan, add jam, ketchup, hot sauce, ground ginger, and pepper and bring to a boil. Whisk until the sauce thickens.
Step 4
Toss the cooked meatballs in the blackberry bbq sauce until they are well coated.
