Ingredients
3 servings

1 lbground turkey
or ground beef

1 tablespoonsgreen pepper
finely chopped

1 tablespoonworcestershire sauce

1 tablespoonRoasted Garlic and pepper seasoning

salt
to taste

2 teaspoonsonion powder

2 teaspoonsgarlic powder

1onion
small, finely diced

3cloves of garlic
minced

¼ cupflour

1 cupwater

2onions
small, sliced

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
1. In a bowl, add the turkey or ground beef. Add chopped onions and garlic to the meat. Season with salt, roasted garlic pepper seasoning, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. Add green peppers.
Step 2
2. Mix well until fully incorporated.

3. Make into oval shaped patties

4. In a cast iron skillet, sear Patties on both sides and set aside.

5. Add flour to the skillet and whisk well until the flour and oil is well incorporated.
Step 6
6. Let the mixture sit until it has browned to your desired color. Once browned, add water and whisk well.
Step 7
7. Add sliced onions and browned Patties to the skillet.
Step 8
8. Cover the skillet and simmer on low for about twenty minutes.
Step 9
9. Once the gravy has thickened and the onions have softened, serve with mashed potatoes.
