Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with clean, dry hands.
Step 2
Once all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated, scoop and roll out meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter). Place formed meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring that the meatballs don’t touch.
Step 3
Transfer the baking sheet of meatballs to either the freezer if freezing for future use or to the fridge to chill before cooking.
Step 4
Preheat the airfryer to 375 degrees F. Arrange meatballs on a cooking tray or in the basket in a single layer. Set timer for 10-15 minutes, turning meatballs every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 160F.
