Instructions
Step 1
Slice chicken breasts into 3 cutlets each, put in gallon ziploc bag with marinade from the mozzarella balls
Step 2
Slice tomato into 6 slices
Step 3
After chicken has marinated at least 30 minutes, sear it in a pan
Step 4
Lay chicken in a baking dish in a single layer. Top each cutlet with a tomato slice, mozzarella balls and fresh chopped basil
Step 5
Serve with a side of pasta with olive oil, salt, pepper and parmesan
