Instructions
Step 1
Preheat Oven 360 F. Prep baking sheet pan by oiling pan &/or placing parchment paper (I do both).
Step 2
Whisk all dry ingredients Except Cane (white)Sugar then set aside for later use
Step 3
In a separate cane sugar & soften butter until it becomes light in color. One by one add in your room temperature eggs & Vanilla extract.
Step 4
Gradually (1/3c at a time), add Dry mix to butter mixture until it’s all evenly combined.
Step 5
Once combined, add chocolate chips to the dough until all is combined.
Step 6
Weigh out 1.3oz of cookie dough or (1 T) in to balls and place them on the baking sheet. Bake on 360 F for 10 to get soft chewy cookies. Bake for 15 minutes to get crispy cookies.
