Honey Nut Brownie
This uses nut flour which adds a unique flavor. It is a Japanese gourmet recipe so it is not like an American fudgey brownie at all. You can really taste the honey with every bite.
*Add a hard white chocolate drizzle for more texture/flavor!

Step 1
1. Mix first 5 ingredients over hot water bath.
Step 2
2. Crack 1 whole egg into 1 and mix well.
Step 3
3. Sift flours into the mixture, mix well, and add walnuts.
Step 4
4. Prepare lined cake pan and pour brownie batter.
Step 5
5. Preheat oven to 356F/180℃, bake in glass on top rack at 338F/170℃ for 35 minutes.
