I tweaked an old family recipe by adding in some heavy cream and vanilla extract to add richness to one of my childhood holiday favorites.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Blend corn starch into sugar in a medium bowl. Add eggs and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add vanilla extract, heavy whipping cream, and pineapple and mix together.
Step 4
Pour into a 1.5 quart baking dish and sprinkle cinnamon on as desired.
Step 5
Bake for 45-60 minutes.
