Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F.

2. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and pesto. Whisk together until thoroughly combined. Set aside.

3. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in parsley.

4. Slice the rolls in half, crosswise, leaving them intact to one another.
Step 5
5. Spread a generous layer of pesto mayo over the top and bottom of the split bread rolls.

6. Place the bottom half of the rolls onto a baking sheet.
Step 7
7. Top each bottom bread roll with an ounce of turkey. Then evenly sprinkle shredded cheese over the entire surface.
Step 8
8. Gently press the top half of the bread rolls over the shredded cheese, mayo-side down.
Step 9
9. Brush garlic butter over the rolls and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the cheese melts and tops have browned.
Step 10
10. Remove rolls from the oven and sprinkle top with grated Parmesan and red pepper flakes. Serve immediately.
