Monkey Banana Pops
4 steps
Prep:4h 20min
A simple and healthy recipe to make with kids. It tastes like ice cream, and looks like an exciting treat. For a dairy-free option, use coconut yoghurt.

Instructions
Step 1
Line a small tray with baking paper. Ensure there is room in the freezer for the tray to sit flat.
Step 2
Slice the bananas in half and place the stick in it, going up about half way.
Step 3
While holding the banana pop with the stick, spoon yoghurt over the whole thing, even if it’s a thin layer. Place in the tray.
Step 4
Drizzle over peanut butter and sprinkle over cacao nibs. Place in the freezer for at least four hours or overnight.
