Whenever I want to cut down on the sweets but still have treats I make these . Only 5 ingredients They are gluten free vegan yummy and healthy and this batch makes 7 bars so one for every day of the week

Instructions

Step 1
Peel a ripe banana and mash it in a large bowl

Add crunchy peanut butter or nut butter of choice along with ground almonds and maple syrup . Mix until combined then press I to a small lined loaf pan . I use a silicone one as it pops out easy after it’s set

Step 3
Sprinkle shredded coconut on top then put into the freezer to set .
Step 4
Once set cut into seven bars and if you like drizzle with a little dark chocolate on top ! Use immediately or keep chilled . Enjoy!
