Nanny Sullivan's Bread
Combine water yeast and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar. Let proof until bubbles form add the rest of the ingredients leaving out 1 cup of flour. Knead and add remaining flour as needed to form a soft not sticky dough. Cover and let rise to double in size. Form 2 loaves and let rise again. Bake at 375 until golden brown.
