Instructions

add blueberries, strawberries and stevia to a pot with water and cook until it makes a syrup
crush your weetabix
mix your flavored yogurt with chia seeds and protein powder
stack in a container starting with the crushed weetabix, then the yogurt mixture then the syrup
leave overnight for best flavor
