3boneless skinless chicken breasts
sliced into strips
3bell peppers assorted colors
or poblano, cut into strips
1yellow onion
medium, halved & sliced
¼ cupoil
Chicken Fajita Spice Mix
2 tspchili powder
1 tspcumin
½ tspgarlic powder
1 tspsalt
1 tspdried oregano
¼ tspcrushed red pepper flakes
¼ tsppepper

Instructions
Step 1
In lg. Ziplock bag, add Chicken Fajitaa Spice Mix ingredients & oil. Seal bag & mix with hands to combine.
Step 2
Add chicken, peppers & onion to that zipper bag, seal bag, & shake until everything is well coated. Refrigerate (30 min. - 2 hrs.).
Preheat oven to 400
Step 3
Line a lg. cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Spread seasoned chicken mixture onto prepared cookie sheet.
Step 4
Bake (18-25 min.) until chicken is cooked through.
Step 5
Warm flour tortillas in microwave (10-15 sec.). Serve on tortillas with desired toppings.
