Lamb and Onion Kebabs with Mint

3 steps
Prep:10minCook:5min
Serving size is 2 skewers. 5 WW points. Onion is optional if you or someone you know is allergic(like my mother is). Tip: This recipe calls for both lemon zest and lemon juice, so remember to remove the zest from your lemon before you juice it. You can remove the zest with the fine side of a box grater, with a citrus zester, or with a Microplane. For this recipe, use a zester if you have it--you'll get long thin strips that are perfect for garnishing.
