Capers?
What are some interesting and tasty recipes that utilize capers? I just tried them for the first time and they are delicious.

I LOVE capers!! They are used often in Italian dishes, and I love this cauliflower recipe where Deb from smitten kitchen fries them to be crunchy and briny delights!

Puttanesca is the classic Italian pasta sauce, but I also love this egg dish that uses a puttanesca style sauce (like an Italian shakshuka). You can make them without anchovies if you don’t like them (add a little more capers, or olives, or nothing!)
