Ground beef recipes

We are burned out of hamburgers; my kids don't like chili or lasagna, or goulash. Baked ziti gets a hard pass. So....what can we do with ground beef? Hit me with your recipes! Thanks!

I had one saved with beef but I can't find it. But this one should work. Also Dirty rice is easy and delicious. Both my picky kids eat it. Mmm. Rice bowls (with a bulgolgi style type sauce on the beef. or taco seasoning. Or cajun. or curry. That's the great part of rice bowls. Many cultures use rice in one way or another.) Spaghetti. Can also make meatballs. Season it up with some cumin, caraway, onion powder, use it like sausage crumbles
